Judit Csilla Nagy I was graduated in 2011 at ELTE, Faculty of Law. I have been a member of Budapest Bar Association since December, 2005. During the past ten years I obtained comprehensive practical knowledge in the fields of employment law, company law, intellectual property law (trademark and copyright issues), real property law and other fields of civil law. I worked at a foreign owned company that employed almost 400 workers; and at law offices with international clients. In case of restructuring I can provide my clients with valuable and useful advice among others regarding transfer of undertaking, collective redundancy, other employment relationship termination matters as well as general restructuring issues. For companies I give legal advice in several fields of law. In the past 10 years I obtained litigation practice. I represent my clients in court procedures, including labour court and civil court procedures. I provide legal advice efficiently: on phone, via telephone conferences, in personal meetings, drafting documents until the execution of the decisions of my clients. My work is flexible and reliable. I keep the deadlines undertaken and focus on client satisfaction. I take responsibility for my legal advice. I have attorney at law liability insurance. I am a member of EELA (European Employment Lawyers’ Association). I regularly attend international conferences, where I improve my employment law knowledge. I give training regularly in the field of employment law. I obtained legal English knowledge during my practice. I give legal advice in English in words (telephone calls, conference calls, personal meetings) and in written (legal opinion, drafting contracts, etc.) as well. When providing legal advice in other foreign language, I use the service of translators. I have contacts with several law offices located in European countries, and therefore I ensure professional legal advice in these countries trough my cooperating partners. Upon request of my clients I coordinate the answers of the foreign law offices and their legal advice.
